Job Description
Role
As an Apartment Concierge (also known as Resident Services Coordinator, Building Concierge), you'll provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, assist with various tasks for smooth building operations, coordinate package deliveries and mail, maintain common areas, and monitor building security.
