Podcast Video Editor

Lean & Loaf is an Athens, Georgia based post-production house that specializes in producing video podcasts for large companies, such as IHeartMedia. We are looking to hire an experienced remote video editor to join our growing team of post-production professionals.

Job Details

As a new member of our editing team, you will be responsible for editing a number of multi-camera podcasts shot in studios around the country each week. Your producer will handle all communications with our clients and work with you to set an agreeable schedule for your weekly deliverables. Assets are provided via Dropbox.

Experience & Other Requisites

- Minimum 3 Years Experience Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Minimum 2 Years Experience Editing Multi-Camera Projects
- Should have a general familiarity with the full Adobe A/V Suite: Media Encoder, Audition, After Effects
- Experience with editing multi-camera timelines, nesting, and basic Lumetri skills are a must
- Must have a computer capable of editing 4K video, though L&L can provide hardware support as necessary

Hours & Pay Schedule

Expect to start at 18-22 hours a week, with room to grow that up to full time within the first 45 days should you desire more work. Pay is $30/hour with direct deposits occurring every other Friday on a Net 10 pay schedule.

Benefits

After 6 months of work, contractors at Lean & Loaf who regularly submit 30 or more hours each week will be eligible for health insurance reimbursements monthly and bonuses annually.
