Pre Diem Lawyer

We are seeking a Pre Diem Lawyer or a recent law graduate to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

• JD Law Degree: Graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission: Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively advocating for clients and drafting legal documents.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex legal issues, identify key insights, and develop effective legal strategies.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Passion for Justice: Deep commitment to upholding the principles of justice and serving the needs of clients with integrity and compassion.
