This fantastic long-term contract position, with potential for extension or direct hire for the right candidate, offers a competitive starting pay rate of $43.25/hour with benefits included.
In this hybrid role, you'll enjoy flexibility, with up to 3 days/week in the office.
Job Summary:
As the Make-Ready Rebates Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the Company's Business Charger Rebates and eFleet Charger Rebates programs under the Charging Forward umbrella. Your responsibilities will include processing rebate applications, managing customer relationships, reporting program metrics, and conducting analysis.
Key Accountabilities:
Project and Relationship Management:
- Process rebate applications for Business and eFleet Charger Rebate projects.
- Coordinate project management across various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Stay updated on EV program regulations, contracts, and utility rates.
Business Analytics and Planning:
- Analyze the strategic, operational, and financial impacts of rebate applications.
- Report program metrics and contribute to financial forecasts.
Special Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
- Lead special assignments and projects.
- Utilize continuous improvement tools to enhance processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline and 3 years of marketing or related experience, or equivalent education/experience combination.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, marketing, or an engineering-related technical field.
Other Requirements:
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
