The Recruiter’s focus is to assist with maintaining and improving the DiVal Family of Companies brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who will contribute to the company’s growth. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the Recruiter will be responsible for re-enforcing our Values and Culture while facilitating the full cycle of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

As a critical member of the DiVal Safety team:

• Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies based on the role available, industry standards, and the needs of DiVal Safety.
• Screen applications and facilitates the interview process with the assistance of the hiring manager and stake holders.
• Attending recruitment events

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills a must
• Valid driver’s license
• Overnight travel 1 to 2 nights per month
