Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to handle multi-company books and intra-company transactions - primarily real estate and property management related.

Responsibilities will include processing payments; bank account and credit card reconciliations; filing sales and use tax payments; collecting rent payments; etc.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is required.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial files.
Excellent interpersonal, bookkeeping, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Effective communication skills.
Very effective organizational skills.
Must be honest, trustworthy, flexible, and demonstrate sound work ethics.
Must be able to work with Owners, CPA, Bankers, Brokers, Attorneys, etc.
