We Guide, You Grow LLC is recruiting a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join an upscale spa in Sewickley, PA. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our clientele, ensuring their ultimate relaxation and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 
1. Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy, tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment and replenishing supplies as needed.
3. Consult with clients to assess their individual needs and preferences and recommend appropriate treatments.
4. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
5. Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend follow-up appointments as necessary.
6. Keep accurate records of client information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
7. Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in massage therapy techniques and products.

Requirements:
1. Valid Massage Therapy license issued by the state of Pennsylvania.
2. Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a spa or wellness center setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to customize treatments based on individual needs.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
6. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene.
