Job Description:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in the Cincinnati (Sharonville/Mt Washington/and surrounding areas), OH area. This PT will provide therapy within the assisted living and community environments.

The Physical Therapist (PT) would be responsible for performing starts of care, initial evaluations, performing subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising PTAs. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience-based. Flexible scheduling while maintaining a full-time status. This position is per-visit rate with each visit type allotted its own rate.
