Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks in support of our wholesale, online retail, and retail market, ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Duties:

- Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Conduct cash flow analysis and monitor cash balance

- Support the accounting manager in conducting general ledger reconciliations

- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information

- Utilize accounting software such as Freshbyte & Quickbooks to maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant experience

- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounts

- Solid financial acumen and understanding of financial principles

- Proficiency in cash flow analysis and financial statement preparation

- Experience with general ledger reconciliation processes

- Familiarity with Quickbooks and other retail accounting software

- Expert level Excel expertise

- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
