Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a financial background and perform the following tasks:
- Track imprest account expenditures and identify when replenishments are needed
- Accounts receivable: issue funding requests for imprest accounts, rent, PILOT payments
- Accounts payable: invoice processing and tracking
- Issue monthly financial reports
- Interact with the finance and treasury departments to coordinate financial activities
- Occasional meeting scheduling
- Peoplesoft experience is a plus.
