Server

Position Summary:

As a Server, you play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with team members will contribute to our goal of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and positively.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Know the menu and be able to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Prepare checks that itemize total meal costs and sales taxes
• Collect payments from tables.
• Help food preparation staff when necessary.

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders promptly.
