Business Developer

Nerton Construction is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bringing potential clients, establishing new business relationships, and driving profitable opportunities for our company. This position requires a go-getter spirit, with responsibilities ranging from developing and executing sales strategies to reporting on sales activities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the construction, architecture, or interior design industry.

• Associates Degree at a minimum

• Previous experience in the construction or architecture field is preferred

• Strong multitasking and negotiation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Knowledge and interest in Construction Architecture, Millwork, and Design is a must

• A can-do attitude with a passion to grow and excel in this position

• High energy, self-motivated, and a go-getter personality

Role & Responsibilities:

• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth

projections

• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other

channels

• Meeting existing and potential clients, building positive relationships

• Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies

• Updating client databases and email lists

• Preparing financial projections and sales targets

• Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences

• Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings

• Producing reports for management
