Job Description
We are looking for talented Restaurant Assistant Managers to join our growing team. MUST HAVE: FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

General Responsibilities:
- Assist in every function of running the restaurant – from prepping food to cleaning the floors--no clipboard holders here!
- Work closely with the team to ensure the Core Values are practiced always
- Suggest and participate in sales-building programs
- Quality control in service standards, food prep, and safety/sanitation, store cleanliness, etc.
- Build great, professional relationships with employees, vendors, and guests
- Assist in financial aspects from budgets to P&L
- Foster a fun, friendly, family-oriented environment
Great candidates should:
- Know how to have fun while getting the job done
- Display a passion for food and service
- Current experience as full-service or quick-casual manager desired
- Have strong skills in training, coaching, leading
- Have a supportive, approachable leadership style
