Job Description

Shipping and Receiving

Peoplelink Staffing in partnership with a major client in the retail industry are looking for motivated and energetic people to join their team in their shipping and receiving and processing departments.

Shipping and Receiving Summary

1st: 7am-3:30pm
Hourly Rate: $14.50
Shipping and Receiving workers will load and unload product from and to trailers on a conveyor system.
Shipping and Receiving workers will sort and stack cases onto pallets.
Audit product prior to unloading from trucks.
Inspect products for damage or defects while sorting.

Shipping and Receiving Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry heavy items frequently.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to bend, stand, squat, and otherwise perform the functions of the job.
Able to follow and understand safety instructions and guidelines.
Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
