Responsibilities

• Physically able to assess a roof for damages and accurately decide what needs to be done. Provide homeowner with the resolutions and present the options available to them (insurance and/or financing) whatever will be most beneficial to their specific needs. We will assist with this.
• The ability to display they can successfully work independently all while maintaining their obligations and deadlines.
• Represent us with the utmost professionalism and providing top-tier customer service through written and verbal communication.
• Generate your own sales though networking, leads, door-to-door canvasing, and self-marketing.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with home owner about contract reviews and/or changes, agreements on estimates and pricing, and how the payment and collections process works.
• Understand and utilize company technology and systems

Requirements

• Ability to set and achieve goals by acquiring new business, establishing new networking relationships, and utilizing proven strategies in the roofing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Sales experience is preferred
