Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Custom Cabinet Installer with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a proven track record of excellence in installing custom cabinets in high-end residential settings.

Responsibilities:

• Install custom cabinets according to design specifications and project requirements
• Measure and accurately assess installation spaces to ensure precise fits
• Safely and efficiently handle and install cabinetry, including wall cabinets, base cabinets, and specialty units
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and best practices
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any installation-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in custom cabinet installation, preferably in high-end residential settings
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and installation diagrams
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials, hardware, and installation techniques
• Excellent carpentry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
