Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Director/Operations Manager for an established 20+ year content marketing and custom publishing company. to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Direct, develop and schedule all social media posts/stories
Manage and improve operational practices
Schedule e-newsletter campaigns
Regularly update website content
Support sales efforts
Project management coordinator
Represent company at community and industry functions (as necessary)
Updating various reports (analytics, social media engagement, e-newsletters, etc.)

Qualifications:

Proficiency with all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Experience in corporate environment operations or other related fields
(Desired) Magazine/media background including marketing or advertising agency experience
Strong computer skills
Self-motivated, can-do work ethic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Team player
