Senior Staff Accountant

We are expanding again and looking for that super sparkly person to join our amazing team as a Senior Staff Accountant!

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Staff Accountant at Roper Accounting Group. The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and providing advice and guidance to our clients. While located in Raleigh, NC, this role offers flexibility for some remote work. You are required to be in person on Wednesdays at our North Raleigh office for staff meetings and client visits. We will supply you with what you need for your home office: printers, laptops, screens, supplies, etc.

Qualifications
5+ years experience at a CPA firm working with multiple clients is a must
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including tax regulations
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be available to work onsite at client if requested
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Stipend for medical, education, cell phone and other benefits are offered. IRA after 6 months and company match after 1 year.
