Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) specializing in outdoor construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, utilizing CRM software to manage customer information, and efficiently scheduling and routing sales appointments for our outdoor construction sales team.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle Inbound Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from potential customers interested in outdoor construction services. Address inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with scheduling appointments.
2. Utilize CRM Software: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to accurately record customer details, interactions, and appointment schedules. Maintain up-to-date and organized customer records within the CRM system.
3. Schedule Sales Appointments: Efficiently schedule sales appointments for outdoor construction consultations based on customer preferences, availability, and geographical location. Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely and appropriate scheduling.
4. Route Appointments: Determine the most efficient routes for sales representatives to travel between appointments, taking into account geographical location, time constraints, and other factors. Optimize scheduling to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
5. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Address customer concerns, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed to foster long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure clear communication and seamless coordination of appointments. Relay relevant information about scheduled appointments, customer preferences, and special requests to the appropriate sales representatives.
7. Follow-Up and Confirmation: Follow up with customers to confirm scheduled appointments, provide reminders, and address any last-minute changes or adjustments. Confirm appointment details and ensure customer expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or appointment scheduling preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for managing customer information and scheduling appointments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with outdoor construction or home improvement industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
