Remote Telechat

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Telechat. As a Telechat, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients through telephone conversations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and pricing
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the database
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues or concerns
• Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and escalate problems as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional and efficient work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
