• This is a remote position but must be located within Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information

Qualifications
• Must have own means of transportation, valid driver's license, and willing to drive up to an hour outside of the Charlotte metro area
• Must have own computer/laptop and cellphone
• +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
