With a solid reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship, we're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive success and growth in their Lexington, KY division.

Senior Project Managers will be considered for advancement opportunity in to a division leadership role!

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial HVAC construction projects from inception to completion. Utilizing your expertise in project management and commercial HVAC systems, you will lead a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple commercial HVAC construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies.

Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination to ensure efficient project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and obstacles, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues and ensure project success.

Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among project teams, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, facilitating professional growth and development opportunities.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred in lieu of relative tradesman experience (sheet metal, piping, plumbing)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial HVAC construction industry.

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Excel, Microsoft Project).
