Position Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member Specialist with 2+ years of experience in the Human Resource field to join the MFE Inspection Solutions family. The Team Member Specialist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives to ensure the effective operation of the HR Department and the overall success of the organization. We are on the hunt for a Team Member Specialist who's not just looking for a job but a journey. This role will primarly be remote with some work performed at our Houston office in Pasedena, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and
facilitating the hiring process. - Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions,
and ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, providing timely and effective
resolution. - Support employee relations initiatives by conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and promoting a

- Administer performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and
performance improvement plans. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters, including

- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance,

- Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies by staying updated on legal requirements and assisting with policy development and implementation.

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as HR system implementations and process
improvements. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR programs, processes, and practices to enhance employee
experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Company Core Values:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, practices, and
regulations. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR software applications.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
