Our Mental Health agency is seeking out a Clinical Manager for our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. This position can be done remotely. The ideal candidate will have a Clinical License, LPC or LCSW-C, in the state of MD. The ideal candidate will also need to have experience overseeing a team of direct services case-managers. This is a part-time position that can turn into a full-time position.
Duties Include:
- Checking and Approving weekly both Therapists Notes and Community Support Workers' progress notes
- Supervising a team of 12 Case Managers, providing them guidance, support, and feedback on best practice for each situation or scenario that arises.
- Holding monthly group supervision meetings for community support workers in addition to weekly supervision of case-managers.
Requirements
- Active License as Clinical Social worker or Licensed Professional Counselor- Clinical
- Masters Degree or higher
