This is a full time office position working 9 to 5 M to F. We are closed nights, weekends and all federal holidays. Duties, answer phones, scanning, faxing, billing, serve clients via email and phone, place and receive orders, send out monthly statements, collections on past due accounts. Carteret Title works mostly with Attorneys, other title companies, underwriters, banks and mortgage lenders nationwide providing real estate title searches. We offer all standard benefits and these can be discussed with the right candidate but generally include retirement benefits and health insurance contributions, paid vacation and sick leave. Requirements, attention to detail, must be able to type, have reliable transportation, prior office experience would be a big help, especially knowledge of real estate settlements. We can train the right person. No phone calls please. The right candidate must be able to pass a drug screening and due to VA law cannot have a felony.
