Job Description:
The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organization, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, as well as providing strategic guidance to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic guidance to senior management.
• Manage financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial analysis and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize financial outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate development or multifamily residential sector.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of success in financial management and analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
