Production Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Technician with experience in delivering results in manufacturing and assembly environments. Looking for a well-rounded candidate with a strong desire to integrate themselves into the company’s production floor and assembly processes.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, BOM (bill of materials), processes, and procedures.
• Performs final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high-quality products.
• Package and/or pack final assemblies.
• Regularly lift 10-20 pounds. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hands and arm’s length, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Ability to read and interpret written information and follow directions.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic and repetitive assembly operations as required.
• Experience operating portable power tools and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and willing to learn.
• Proven skills and experience working within a team environment
• Experience with Lean principles and exposure to Kaizen and continuous improvement events is helpful.
• Comfortable with computer usage, and ability to analyze and present data.
• Knowledge of electrical configurations and components (preferred, not required)
• Must live in Austin or be willing to relocate
