Bob Sumerel Tire Company is looking to enhance our Erlanger, Kentucky manufacturing plant with talented, hard-working individuals in the repair and retreading of commercial truck tires. Opportunities are available for first shift work in this industrial/manufacturing setting using manual and automated equipment.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Running state of the art manufacturing machinery
- Apply rubber compounds to tires
- Grinding with automatic tooling equipment
- Enveloping and finished product into and out of large curing chambers
- Quality control of finished product
Must be able to:
- Follow all safety procedures
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, results oriented team environment
- Must be goal oriented and able to consistently meet quality and production requirements.
