Painting Technician

Franklin Painting LLC in Farmington, CT is actively seeking a full-time Painting Technician with 3-5 years of experience to accomplish various professional paint jobs. Are you an experienced painter? This experienced painter position earns $20-$29 an hour, based on experience level. Compensation level & advancement is based on productivity (work planning/ output) and willingness and ability to manage others.

During late Fall, Winter, and early Spring, the workweek consists of five days, each with 8 hours per day. In contrast, during late Spring, Summer, and early Fall, the workweek consists of four days, each with 10 hours per day.

QUALIFICATIONS

As one of our experienced painters, your ability to safely move, climb, and work from extension ladders allows for productive workdays. You work well with a team during all aspects of residential interior and exterior projects, including prep, paint, and clean-up. Whether brush painting or paint spraying, we truly rely on you to assist in the overall success of our business!

3-5 years of experience
