McKee ProCare Professionals will work to sell new equipment, planned maintenance, fire door test drop contracts, extended warranties, quality parts, and aftermarket products.

This is a sales position, with responsibility for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, developing national accounts and introducing new products to the marketplace. Job Title:  Territory Sales Representative

Reports To: President

This position is responsible for the items described below.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the entire sales process. This includes Initiatives aligned with organizations KPI’s, targeting top prospects; Identifying client solutions; Negotiating; and closing.
• Act as a "solutions expert" consultant in helping partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives.
• Work with senior management to establish a clear and effective plan for growing the McKee customer base.
• Work with sales teams to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies.
• Utilize company CRM to provide visibility and effectively communicate activity in assigned territory.
• Attend company training programs and accompany other McKee associates in client/vendor meetings.
• Prepare appropriate specifications and level of service expectations in accordance with McKee policies.
• Calculate correct job costs & market-based pricing solutions.

Key Performance Measurements

• New customer growth.
• Key customer retention.
• A score card that reflects maintenance, service, and equipment sales revenue, and incremental improvement to plan.
• Other key metrics prescribed by McKee leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact.

Position Requirement

   Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Proven record of prospecting and cold calling clients to achieve new business.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Experience in Industrial Sales preferred.
• Self-Starter that can work independently with excellent oral and written communication.
• Must have valid drivers’ license and clean driving record (Department of Motor Vehicles).
• Must own “reliable” transportation.  McKee offers mileage re-imbursement at IRS annual rates for legitimate business travel.
