Patient Service Representative
Location: Fairhaven, MA

Hours:
- Full time- Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00pm
- Temp-To-Hire
Qualifications
- Equal to completion of four years of high school required
- Strong computer skills are required and must type at least 35 WPM
- Very good organizational skills are required
- Ability to listen and document simultaneously is required
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient scheduling and registration.
- Facilitate patient access to physician practice services throughout Physicians Group and Network under the general direction of the Manager, Team Leader, or designee.
- This role is responsible to answering incoming calls to facilitate entering orders
- Scheduling appointments
- Enter prescriptions for the physician’s review
- Documentation of phone contact with patient
- Management of the electronic faxes
- Release of information compliance
- Inform patients of test results
- Will work as a liaison between physician offices and other departments to ensure coordination of patient care and patient satisfaction.
Pay Rate:
$20-22/ hour
