Convention Service Manager

The ideal candidate will have a pro-active "can do" attitude and provide exceptional distinctive premium service to our guests.
The Convention Service Manager will act as a liaison between Meeting Professionals and all operating departments to ensure high standard of organization and guest service throughout entire customer experience beginning with the turnover process through the arrival, on-site, departure, and billing processes.
This position also provides a visible and accessible floor presence to ensure accuracy of meeting setups and timing as well as on-site client relationship building.
