Independent Sales Representative - Cosmetics and Skincare

As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled Independent Sales Representative with a proven track record in cosmetics and skincare sales. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the beauty industry, with a strong network of distributors and contacts. This role focuses on expanding our market presence and driving sales across both USA and international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and establish relationships with new distributors and retailers, leveraging your existing network.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Provide market feedback to the company regarding customer needs and product potential.
• Work autonomously to manage schedules and meet company goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the cosmetics and/or skincare industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the industry, including a rolodex of distributors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.

This is a commission-based position with competitive performance incentives. Compensation is performance-based initially, with the potential for negotiation of a partial or full salary as sales targets are consistently met.
