Location:- Lansing, MI 48933 (Hybrid Role with 2 days onsite from day)

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
5+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation (mockups, business process models, workflow diagrams, etc.)
5+ years of experience with Agile methodology/SCRUM processes and ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning and Reviews, etc.
5+ years of experience gathering requirements from users (GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, assessing business needs, etc.)
3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.
Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
