Now hiring several full-time skilled Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities throughout Orlando, FL! Apartment maintenance technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. Will be responsible for making readies, turns, and work orders.
Excellent customer service experience is required and must have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience and a reliable means of transportation.
Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Will be responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds, at our communities.
