Responsibilities

• Utilize Next Door Properties's cutting-edge software to spearhead the identification and analysis of key properties, ensuring the pipeline's consistency and accuracy
• Oversee the acquisition process from the thrill of the hunt to the final handshake, negotiating and closing deals with precision and strategic foresight
• Relationship Building: Forge and nurture lasting relationships with property owners and key industry players, becoming the face and voice of Next Door Properties' ambitious vision
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of transactions, contracts, and legal documents, ensuring every detail is accounted for

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in sales or real estate, with a proven track record of success
• Exceptional communication and negotiation prowess, with an independent work ethic complemented by a team-oriented mindset
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of real estate finance and legal contracts
• High School Diploma as a foundation, with further education viewed favorably
• Growth Mindset: A willingness to be coached and to learn, constantly pushing the boundaries of your potential

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sales or administrative roles within the real estate industry
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
