Overview: As the Head of IT at Cosmetic Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing all IT functions and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day IT ERP and desktop services. This position requires extensive experience with the NetSuite platform and a strong background in IT management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.                  Hands-on leader who manages NetSuite ERP, desktop support, network administration, cybersecurity, and system upgrades.

1. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure.
2. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software, with a focus on the NetSuite platform.
3. Monitor and optimize IT performance, including network reliability, data backup, and disaster recovery plans.
4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and support business operations.
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, making recommendations for improvements and cost-saving measures.
6. Manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions and services.

Qualifications:             

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 2. Proven experience in IT management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of NetSuite, MS Outlook, networks and PCs, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Experience working with NetSuite customization, integration, and user support.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative IT environment.
• Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results within budget constraints.
• Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
• At least 5 years' experience with hands-on IT support and/or management of small IT team.
