Project Manager JOS2059 - Las Vegas, NV

Starting base salary: $80-115K

Summary
The Project Manager will provide overall management direction for single to multiple projects. The Project Manager will establish project objectives and policies, maintain liaison with primary client contracts and monitor construction along with, financial activities through administrative direction of on-site construction manager.

Responsibilities

Oversees team of Assistant Project Managers, Installation Supervisors and Lead Engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Verify job readiness and coordinate installation of materials to allow installation to progress in an orderly and timely fashion.

Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise and work experience.

Initiate and respond to daily correspondence, customers, suppliers and Corporate Office.

Verify field dimensions, backing locations and mechanical/electrical rough-ins.

Estimate overruns and/or under-runs and omissions related to the Job Cost.
Timely release of approved materials to suppliers and manufacturers.

Issue Field Coordination Reports to customers when necessary.

Review, code, and return invoices to Accounting.
Traveling to jobsites will be required frequently.

Expedite material deliveries and shortages.
Update Company Project Documents.

Requirements

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Working knowledge of custom millwork fabrication.

Strong sense of urgency and ablilities to meet timelines.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and problem-solve.
Proficient with Accounting/Project Management software preferred.
Managing custom complex projects ranging between $500K-10m in size.

Proficient with Blue Beam Revu & Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong written & verbal communication skills as well as organizational and customer service skills.

Minimum of 5 years project management experience in the construction and or Architectural Millwork field is best!

Bachelor's Degree with a major in Construction Management or relevant work expereince in the Architectural Millwork realm with the combination of related experience.
