Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of printing? We're looking for a dedicated Pressroom Jogger to join our team! If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, and being part of a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Role:

As a Pressroom Jogger, you'll be crucial to the printing process. Your responsibilities will include stacking, jogging, bundling, and palletizing printed materials as they come off the press. You'll assist with press set-up, maintenance, and keeping the pressroom clean and organized. You'll work closely with other pressroom personnel and help ensure the smooth flow of production.

What You'll Do:

• Stack books and other printed materials onto pallets or into shipping boxes.
• Check printed materials for quality and report any errors to the Head Pressperson.
• Move loaded pallets to the designated storage area.
• Learn basic press functions, including stacker set-up and chemical handling.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure the press area is clean and tidy.
• Help out with press set-up and learn emergency "stop" procedures.
• Learn the responsibilities of the Roll Tender position.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by your manager.

What You'll Need:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels.
• Must wear hearing protection, closed-toed shoes, and tie back long hair.
• Ability to meet physical demands: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and handling items weighing up to 50 lbs.
