Job Description: Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and developing and maintaining relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities: Roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to close
- Negotiate and close deals
- Provide customer service and support
- Track and report on sales performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
