Duties of a CMMS Administrator
ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Computerized Maintenance
Management System (CMMS) Administrator with a TOP SECRET clearance for a
position located in Springfield, Virginia. Position required to input data and maintain the
system for tracking, automated notification, advanced reporting, and analytics capabilities
in support of:

• Assets and equipment inventory management;
• facility maintenance and repairs;
• service call/work order management;
• automated warranty and regulatory compliance enforcement;
• facility performance management;
• equipment performance management; and
• equipment maintenance/repair histories.

Candidate will also serve as point-of-contact for CMMS vendor and troubleshoot technical
issues to support software and equipment.

Required Qualifications for CMMS Administrator

• Minimum TOP SECRET Clearance required - additional security clearance
  investigation upon hire may also be required;
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably with systems
  integrated with the Building Automation System, MS Office, and other systems;
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS platforms - experience with WebTMA or
  similar is a big plus;
• Excellent communication skills; and
• High level of professionalism for client interaction.
