Job DescriptionCompany Description
A large residential property management firm is searching for an experienced Financial Analyst.
The job tasks / duties are as follows:
- Coordinate with lenders for mandatory monthly and quarterly bank reporting
- Track and analyze rate cap payments and reimbursements
- Reconcile escrow accounts
- Perform analysis on property performance
- Assist with compiling financial packages for banks
- Review P&Ls and Balance Sheets for multiple properties by the deadline monthly. Communicating updates needed in the financials to the outsourced accounting team. Following up on changes to ensure completion.
The best candidate will have the following skills / credentials:
- Min Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Prior Property Management Experience a huge plus
- Yardi software experience a huge plus
- Must have advanced excel skills (no macros required, but model building, tracking, analysis)
