DC Pines Roofing, a veteran-owned high-end residential roofing company is looking for highly motivated sales representatives that prioritize personal growth and professional excellence.

Requirements:

-Ability to get onto two-story roofs

-Personal transportation required

-Ability to learn and adapt to the sales process

-100% Commission

-Must be located in the Houston area or willing to relocate

Responsibilities:

- Learn the sales process and tap into the personal development needed to become a closer at every opportunity
- Generate new business through canvassing
-Inspect roofs and attic areas
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and solutions to customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Experience:

- No sales experience required!
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the sales process is all that is needed
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
