Job Description

Company Overview:
Moasis is a company that aims to revolutionize the way communication and services are delivered through location intelligence. We have developed an AI Ad engine that combines location data management, predictive intelligence, and real-time communication delivery technologies. This engine enables clients to optimize their advertising, content, product, and service experiences with real-time location intelligence.

Moasis currently provides mobile display advertising solutions to large brands and small businesses. They recently launched PATH, an AI location optimization middleware that can be used by existing ad servers or agencies seeking to improve their performance by 2X-4X.
We are looking for a commission-only Ad Sales Professional for remote work. There will be no base compensation initially, but a salary will be offered after the probation period.

If you have pre-existing relationships with agencies/brands and experience in advertising sales, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:Sales Activities

  • Outbound phone, email & social media prospecting
  • Personalize and refine sales scripts based on past success
  • Follow up with prospects via call, email, and text to progress & close sales opportunities
  • Maintain client relationships to prevent churn and cross-sell as appropriate when new ad markets launch
  • Solicit referrals from clients to corporate or organizational peers in other markets

Operational Activities

  • Respond to RFPs
  • Handle all aspects of insertion orders
  • Manage customer relationships post-sale
  • Maintain up-to-date records and notes in CRM and prospect spreadsheets

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years in advertising sales or similar digital services sales
  • Experience with sales of media buying and selling, mobile targeted advertising preferred
  • Knowledge of the digital media landscape
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competence with CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Remote Communications software (Google Meet, Slack, etc.)

Compensation:

  • Performance-based commissions on 100% of revenue generated from sales
  • Commission rate to be determined based on experience
