Job Type: Full-time

Base Salary: $14/hour for UNLICENSED Team Member/ $16.50/hour for Property/Casualty, Life/Health Licensed Team Member+ Commissions/Bonus = up to $100,000.00/year

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
To protect the safety and health of our team and customers, we have installed plexi-glass in the office when customers are face to face. We also have hand sanitizer and have the capability of working remotely if mandated.

Experience:

  • insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
  • phone sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

  • A valid P&C License (Preferred)

Application Question:

  • The first step in the process is to complete two important assessments that help YOU and us determine fit, strengths and coaching opportunities: the CTS Sales Profile and the Learning Style Survey.

Both of these assessments will take you approximately 40-60 minutes to complete and help YOU and US determine if this is a good fit for you, and are required to move forward in the process. You will obtain the best results if you take these assessments at a time when you are rested and can focus without interruption.

The information derived from these assessments is important, and it will be used in our decision process.
