Job Description
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Cloud Data Services Technical Sales/Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will spearhead technical sales initiatives and ensure customer success for our cloud data services. You will devise and implement technical sales strategies, foster strong customer relationships, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee the customer success team, guiding them towards achieving their objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement technical sales strategies to boost revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Cultivate and nurture customer relationships.
• Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
• Lead and manage the customer success team to accomplish their goals.
• Collaborate closely with the solution team to integrate customer feedback into product solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Done sales quotas of $3M +
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales and customer success.
• Proven track record in cloud data services technical sales.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
