Job Description
Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, plus on call rotation for after hours emergencies
40 hours per week, plus occasional on call overtime
Join KRS Holdings, a fast-growing property management company in Virginia, as a Maintenance Technician. We're seeking the best Turn/Make Ready technicians in the Richmond, VA area. If you're self-motivated and skilled in maintenance, we want you on our team!
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call rotation for emergencies
- Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more
- Perform make-ready repairs to get vacant homes ready for move in
- Change locks, move equipment, and assist with property upkeep
- Qualifications: 3+ years maintenance or construction experience, tools, valid driver's license, and a reliable truck (fuel allowance is part of compensation package)
- Must be comfortable with technology, as we are going paperless for time keeping, work orders and logging work completion
