Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to appropriate departments.

2. Preparing outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx and/or DHL.

3. Arrange pallet pickups with freight forwarders.

4. Create Bill of Lading for freight shipments.

5. Taking sales orders over the phone and by email.

6. Outreach emails and phone calls.

7. Making collections calls.

8. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

9. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
