Public Market Director

CDG, Inc. is seeking applicants for a Market Director to join our team in any of our present office locations throughout the southeast.

The mission of the Market Director is to further develop the public market and our public client relationships including those with cities, counties, boards, authorities, and similar public organizations. This position will require an individual with unique public market sector knowledge who is capable of building and managing a team to meet client needs.

The applicant will be expected to:

1. Maintain a high level of knowledge surrounding the market and key decision-makers.
2. Evaluate current and potential service offerings to pair with industry and market needs.
3. Maintain an awareness of public funding mechanisms to align with client needs.
4. Manage business development efforts of the market to generate the best possible return on investment.
5. Develop and implement a strategy to continually grow CDG's market share and visibility in the space.
6. Generate new opportunities and closed contract wins in line with the growth strategies of the company.

Requirements:

• A four-year accredited college degree in civil engineering
• Registered PE (preferred) with 10+ years of experience
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Valid driver’s license
