Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform different types of sheet metal welding and metal finishing.
File and grind surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
Keeps personal work area organized and clean, returns tools and maintains parts/materials carts in an organized manner.
Understand and follow all written instructions as per requirements, inspection plans, etc.
Accurately complete all required documentation at the time of the task in Computer software.
Visually inspects completed jobs to ensure quality and specifications objectives are met.
Assumes responsibility and care of all company tools in assigned/dedicated work centers.
Report to work timely and regularly as scheduled per company’s attendance policy and requirements.
Recommends process improvements to supervisor or management.
Understand and comply with company policy, safety guidelines, quality system procedures.
Experience with aluminum fabrication and/or sheet metal work required.
Operate a press brake machine.
